Exterior Roof Walk
Our inspector walks every section of the roof. Shingles checked for cracking, curling, buckling, missing tabs, and granule loss. All flashing inspected โ chimney, pipe boots, vent boots, step flashing, counter-flashing, valleys. Ridge cap and ridge vents examined. Drip edge condition noted.
Attic & Ventilation Check
We enter the attic to check from below. Soffit vent airflow verified. Ridge vent continuity checked. Insulation levels measured. Roof deck inspected for moisture stains, mold, daylight, or sagging between rafters. This catches problems the surface walk can't see.
Report & Recommendations
Detailed inspection report with photos keyed to a roof diagram. Every finding documented with location, severity, and recommended action. Repair cost ranges included so you can budget accurately. Insurance-ready format available.
